This West Kelowna lakefront property received an unexpected renovation bringing a dramatic and updated look to the home. Space planning changed the second floor “bunk room” into two guest rooms and a shared bathroom. The main floor access to the principal suite was relocated providing a designated sitting room with a fireplace and the ability to have a striking fireplace in the living room. The fireplace and kitchen island were both clad with porcelain slabs pulling together the striking aesthetic.
